Many people look forward to the new year for a new start on old habits let's get it right this time
Our first comment of 2010 is a good one: 'a new start on old habits'. Its keeping the new disciple lasting the whole year that's so hard. The manager of gym says the first Monday after New Years is their busiest sign-up day, but most of them don't show up by the end of the 1st month.
